Jackie Sharp Womble is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Exercise Physiologist and former Wellness Director for Walt Disney Parks & Resorts. Growing up as a competitive athlete, Jackie learned the importance of proper nutrition and how it relates to optimal performance. Throughout her education, she learned the science behind food, nutrition, and exercise and developed a passion for cooking (and eating). Jackie decided to combine her science background with her other passion, helping others find happiness in their own lives. Jackie’s energetic personality for health and wellness is witnessed during her cooking demos, personal consultations, speaking engagements and training. She enjoys working one-on-one with people to empower them to make both physical and nutritional changes that will create a healthy and balanced lifestyle. She works with athletes, children, teens and adults individually, as well as in small and large group settings. She believes we should all enjoy nature’s pleasures with a positive, healthy, and active outlook. As a wife and mom, Jackie embraces the joys and challenges that come with maintaining a healthy work-life balance. She is here to help you find a balance that works with your lifestyle.
